Changing the mindset
OUR WHY
We wanted more time and freedom, so sought other careers that would offer this. With Ricci's building experience and Louise's corporate background, property investing was the logical strategy to achieve time and financial freedom. As a result we developed a change of mindset and a new business was created. We surrounded ourselves with people who already had proven success in what we wanted to achieve.
We are a young family, with a vision of three specific goals. We are working towards location freedom, financial freedom and intergenerational wealth. With these 3 goals it will enable us to live a life that we couldn't live while working a 9 to 5.
Ricci is a plumbing and heating engineer by trade. Working on building sites since he was 18, he has years of experience that has contributed to the success of Perfect Abode. Whilst Ricci loved his career, property gave him the opportunity to continue those skills but with more purpose. Instead of working for other people, it was time to take action and allow Ricci to start working towards our vision of work/life balance, intergenerational wealth and travel.
Louise has a degree in Business and a very strong corporate background. She has built up an impressive career with big FMCG companies such as Unilever, P&G and Sanofi. At each of these companies Louise had various roles such as:
National Account Manager, Marketing Manager, Commercial Strategy Lead and Shopper Lead. These roles have given Louise a well-rounded experience across the business world, to which she has successfully transferred these skills too Perfect Abode.
